Did Jesus Hang Out IN Bars?

The Pharisees and the Sadducees Continuously Falsely Accused Jesus. The Pharisees Pointed their Fingers at Jesus and Falsely Claimed that he spent his time Socializing with Sinners: Prostitutes, Drunks, etc…

Jesus did Not Socialize with the Public at Large he was an Evangelist, a Prophet, a Teacher, a Preacher. What Jesus did was Travel continuously. While he Traveled Large Crowds constantly followed him. Jesus Taught them, Preached to them and he Healed, the Sick.

Jesus did not Hang Out in Bars with Prostitutes and Drunks.

Jesus was always working, He was busy Ministering to People: Healing, Teaching, Feeding, and Preaching to them. You will Not find a Single Scripture where Jesus is Hanging Out in a Bar, just Hanging Out with People. 

Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

Recently a very Popular Pastor on Facebook. Wrote a post that Slandered Christians. Who were only Friends with other Christians. He said they were Stuck up Snobs.

He continued on LYING:

“Look at Jesus he Hung Out with Everyone. He Hung Out with Drunks and Prostitutes, in Bars. Jesus did not exclude people.”

I told him that he was not being Honest.

Jesus did not Hangout in Bars. Jesus Ministered to Everyone. Ministering is Not remotely the same thing as Hanging Out with people.

Jesus was daily in the Temple teaching.

When he was not in the Temple. He was traveling or preaching to people off of boats and all along his travels.

Jesus did spend some time at his Disciples homes like Lazarus. Jesus Disciples were not current Prostitutes and Drunks. He did not encourage Sin. By Hanging Out with people who were Drinking / Getting Drunk. With Prostitutes looking for their next John.

Jesus was Falsely Accused of Hanging Out in Bars:

The Bible verse used. To say that Jesus Hung Out in Bars. With Drunks and Prostitutes is Matthew 11:19.

Matthew 11:19 “The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners. But wisdom is justified of her children.”

This is Jesus’ speaking. Jesus said: “They Say.”

Which means they were LYING.

This verse is full of Lies about Jesus.

Jesus was being Falsely accused.

It is Evil, of Pastors and others to TWIST THE SCRIPTURES to use this verse to Say that Jesus Hung Out in Bars, With the very worst people. To Lie and say Christians should be friends with people who spend time in Bars Regularly, with the Worst Sort of People. To Say that Christians should Hang Out in Bars like “Jesus did”.

Jesus was always followed by Large crowds of people. He did not need to go into Bars to Preach to People. Jesus did not do this.

This False Pastor’s Unbiblical point was Christians need to Hang Out and be Friends with Every Type of person.

I shared these verses with him.

Ephesians 5:11 “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.”

The Bible tells us: Not Only, to NOT Fellowship, Spend Time With the Lost. It tells us NOT TO Fellowship with Christians Who are Openly Living Sinful Lives. Christians, for example, who are Drunks / Drug users.

2nd Thessalonians 3:6 “Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.”

1st Corinthians 15:33 Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners. 34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.

Counterfeit Christianity:

2nd Timothy 3:5 “Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”

Romans 16:17 “Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.”

Proverbs 4:14 Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men.

1st Corinthians 10:20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.

21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.

Ephesians 4:22 “That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;”

2nd Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

The Bible is very Clear that Christians are not to be Friends with the World. It is a Lie to say that Jesus Hung Out in Bars with Drunks and Prostitutes.

False Pastors, False Teachers are constantly Twisting the Scriptures. They Water Down Christianity, to Deceive People with their Counterfeit Christianity.

What is called Christianity is not Christianity, it is Satanic. Satan has his own Counterfeit Christianity that 99% of people who call themselves Christians are a part of.

They are Secular; Just like the World. Some are Legalistic, Law Followers. 

When I see “Christians.” “Pastors.” Others posting unbiblical “Christian” messages. I always call them out for their Unbiblical posts.

Sometimes they want to argue: “You just do not understand my point.” “You take the bible too literally.” “Just because I have no Scriptures to back up what I am saying. It does not mean I am wrong.” “The Bible may not come out and say what I said. But there are plenty of bible verses that support in essence what I am saying.”

The Bible is not Gray like False Teachers want people to Believe. God is very Clear on what Christianity is. The Bible is Black and White not Gray.

Revelation 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.

16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

God Hates Sin, Counterfeit Christianity.

How to be Saved: 

Believe the Gospel Only to Be Saved:

1st Corinthians 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Please if you have not Asked Jesus to Save You, Please Ask him Right Now, to Save You. To Be Saved You Must Trust in Jesus Alone to Save You.

A Person is Saved by Believing the Word of God the Gospel. Not by the False Teachings of False Religions Not by Believing False Churches False Pastors, False Teachers.
