Counterfeit Christianity. Are You Saved?

Being Saved is the most important decision in your Life.

Are you a Counterfeit Christian? Are You Sure you are Saved? What are you trusting in to get you to Heaven?

2 Timothy 3:5 “Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”

The Bible is full of warnings of Counterfeit Christians. Counterfeit Churches, Counterfeit Christianity.

Tragically, in my life I have been fooled by a lot of people who claimed to be Christians that were not. These frauds, hurt me a lot.

How to spot Fake Christians? “Having a form of godliness…”

They have a form of godliness, that is Fake. They play Church. They make big shows of giving to Charity, of doing Good things. They enjoy the Praise of others.

Matthew 6:2 “Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.”

Mark 12:38 And he said unto them in his doctrine, Beware of the scribes, which love to go in long clothing, and love salutations in the marketplaces,
39 And the chief seats in the synagogues, and the uppermost rooms at feasts:
40 Which devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: these shall receive greater damnation.
41 And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much.
42 And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing.
43 And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury:
44 For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.

Jesus is warning us to look out for Frauds, Fake Christians.

“Christians” that always seek to be the center of attention: “Hey everybody, look at me, listen to me…” are suspect.

Christians need to be vessels used by Jesus. Not the focus that calls attention to themselves, instead of Jesus.

Back to:

2 Timothy 3:5 “Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”

Jesus said to TURN AWAY from FAKE CHRISTIANS. Once you discover people in your life who are Frauds. Do what Jesus says to do. Cut them completely out of your Life.

“…but denying the power thereof:” These Fake Christians are very showy they profess to Believe the Bible. They give the appearance of being Saved, even by giving the correct Bible verses that teach Salvation.

But they deny the power thereof. Meaning they do not Believe the Bible. They always add to Salvation. They add words to Salvation that are not Found in the Bible.

The most popular words added to Salvation is Repent of Sin, Turn From Sin, Forsake Sin, Surrender to God.

Repent of Sin is not in the Bible. Turn from Sin, Forsake Sin, Surrender your Life to Christ, You must have a relationship with Jesus… None of these sayings are in the Bible as being part of Salvation.

Jesus warns us to Beware of Fake Christians who seem godly but they are play acting, they are not Saved.

Nail down how everyone of your friends were Saved. Yes, I mean your friends from your Church.

Ask them: “When were you Saved.” “How were you Saved.” “If you were Standing before Jesus right now. And he Asked you, Why should I let you into Heaven. What would you Say?”

The answers you get will likely surprise you. I have gotten: “I Repented of my Sins to be Saved.” “I was raised in Church, I have always been Saved.”

Some people will become defensive and refuse to answer the question. “That is between me and Jesus!” “How dare you ask me that!”

Asking someone, especially a person who claims to be a Christian, how they were Saved is a reasonable and Biblical question.

A person is Saved by believing the Gospel. By Believing on Jesus only to Save them with nothing added.

1 Peter 3:13 And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?

14 But and if ye suffer for righteousness’ sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;

15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

16 Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.

17 For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;

20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

22 Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.

A Christian is Christ like. A true Christian will suffer for being a Christian.

Suffer? Yes. Everyday around the world even in the USA Christians are murdered for their Faith in Jesus. Christianity, is always mocked in society. TV and Films distort true Christianity. The good Christian is always a Catholic. Funny because Catholic’s are not Christians. Almost all portrayals of Catholic’s are positive.

Yes there are some Evil portrayals of Catholic Priest’s mostly because of all the real scandals they are involved with concerning Children and Nuns. The non Catholic portrayals are negative stereotypes that are not true. The Christian is the outsider that is a hypocrite, and often much worse, who is caught being a hypocrite.

In my life as a Christian. People made it their mission in life to corrupt me. People have threatened to beat me up if I would not drink with them. Sex was always offered to me. My life has been threatened. Not just talk. I have been in physical fights. Have had knives pulled on me. So yes being a true Christian comes with dangers.

Jesus in John Chapter 15 explains what a Christian is.

John 15:1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.

2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

Verse 2- Is talking about Christian’s. If you are really Saved you should be in the ministry. Yes, every Christian needs to be serving Jesus. You should be a part of at least on ministry at your Church.

Some Saved people, get Saved and they do nothing for Jesus their entire lives. God taking away their branch is symbolic of them not bearing any fruit as a Christian. These Christian’s outwardly appear just like any Lost person. Please do not be this type of Christian.

3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

Verse 4- Christian’s need to Abide, Abide means to continue in. So to Abide in Jesus means you are continuing in the Christian Faith.

Unfortunately most Christian’s do not Abide in Jesus. Maybe they were Saved when they were Young. When they got older they forsook their Faith. Or they were Saved as an Adult. They later gave up going to Church because of meeting the “Love of their Life.” Because of this relationship they quit everything associated with being a Christian.

5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Verse 6- Does not mention Hell or Eternal Damnation because this is talking about a Christian who never served Jesus. It is foreshadowing the Judgment seat of Christ where all of our works as a Christian will be tried with fire.

7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.

10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.

11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

Verse 11- If you are Saved than you should always be full of Joy. The Joy of your Salvation. If you are a person who is always, unthankful, depressed, unhappy than maybe you are not Saved. Yes I seriously question your Salvation.

12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. 13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

17 These things I command you, that ye love one another.

18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

Verses 17,18 and 19- Christian’s are suppose to Love one another and Hate the world. You can spot Fake Christian’s by how worldly they are. Outside the Church they want nothing to do with you or God. They spend their lives being a Friend to the World committing all their Sins. They are loved by the World.

This includes all the “Celebrity Christian’s.” If they are on TV, a Movie Star they are not Saved. Yes I will say this because to be cast in Films, to be a Celebrity of any kind you have to become part of their club. Yes all Celebrities are involved in Satanism. There are numerous books and videos about this. Do a little research and you will see this is true.

20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

21 But all these things will they do unto you for my name’s sake, because they know not him that sent me.

22 If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin.

23 He that hateth me hateth my Father also.

24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.

25 But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.

26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

27 And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.

To be Saved. Believe the Gospel. Ask Jesus to Save you.

1 Corinthians 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

It is essential to know that your Spouse, your Children. Every member of your family is Saved. Make sure you tell them how you were Saved. If they do not give the correct answer on how to be Saved. You need to pray for them and tell them: “That is not how to be Saved.” “This is how to be Saved.” Show them in the Bible.

Have them read the Book of Romans and the book of John and go back to them and show them in the Bible how to be Saved.

Do not assume that everyone in your Church is Saved. Do not assume because a person says they are a Christian that they are really Saved.

Numerous people who have no Faith in Jesus. Pretend to be Christian’s. I have seen this in my life many times. Once I was at my Pastor’s home. His two daughters plus another Female told me we were not at Church. So I needed to stop being such a big Christian. “My Dad is not here for you to try and impress.”

I was trying to have a Christian conversation and they would not allow that. I realized they were not Saved. One of them offered to have Sex with me. They were pretending to be Christian’s. I left before their parents came home.

Matthew Chapter 7 tells us what will happen to people who Falsely claim they are a Christian. Many will think they are Saved. Because they were very Devout to their False Christianity.

Matthew 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

God Is In Control. God’s Sovereignty Versus Free Will.

Reformed Theology. Calvinism. God Is In Control. God’s Sovereignty Versus Free Will.

Sovereign / Sovereignty these words are not in the Bible. Calvinist Reformed Theology is based off of Unbiblical False Doctrine. Most people blindly follow Calvinist Reformed Theology. They do not think about what God is in Control actually means. God Gave Mankind Freewill. God’s Sovereignty is not at odds with man’s Free Will.

For words that do not appear in the Bible Reformed Theology (Calvinism) makes much of God being Sovereign. God’s “Sovereignty.” Reformed Calvinist Theology has invented a contradiction between God’s power and man’s Free Will that does not exist.

Reformed Calvinist R.C. Sproul said, “Our freedom is always and everywhere limited by God’s Sovereignty.” Sproul invents a problem that does not exist in the Bible.

There is no contradiction between God’s Omnipotence’s and man’s Free Will. God Omnipotence’s does not mean programming decisions. Mankind is not God’s computer toy to program as he wants to. God’s power and man’s Free Will are complimentary.

Consider these things.

Does God Control Everything? No. There are things man clearly Controls according to God.

Man controls what he does with God’s revelation, his Word found in the Bible, in the Holy Scriptures.

John 5:40 “And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.”

This is the perfect Scripture where God explains man’s Free Will. Which Reformed Calvinist Theology Rejects, completely Denies.

Man, has the Free Will to Reject or to Accept Jesus. To come to him for Salvation, Eternal Life. Or to Reject Jesus Free Gift of Eternal Life. This is the point of John 5:40.

Man controls where he puts his trust.

Proverbs 3:5 “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.”

Proverbs Chapter 3 Totally Destroys God Is In Control False Doctrine.

Proverbs 3:1 My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:

Verse 1, Man is not compelled, forced to obey God’s Law. Obeying God’s Law is a chose to do or not to do. God does not Control Man’s Free Will to Chose.

2 For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.

Verse 2, Obeying God’s Law will give a person long life and peace. Obviously everyone does not live a long life and have a peaceful life. Why not because people can chose not to Obey God’s Law.

3 Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:

Verse 3, Let, describes a decision a choice people are allowed to make. We can Let, allow something in our lives or not allow. Let here means to Obey, Let, or Not Let. To Not Obey.

4 So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

Verse 4, A reward to those who choose to Obey God.

5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Verse 5, Is asking us to Trust in the Lord. Which means we have the Free Will not to Trust in the Lord.

6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Verse 6, If a person chooses to acknowledge God. God will direct their paths. Notice it does not Say God will command and control thy paths. Directions are something a person can choose to follow or choose to ignore. Having Directions means nothing if you ignore them.

7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil.

Verse 7, The Word Be is a Request NOT A DEMAND. A DEMAND, A COMMAND is: DO NOT. Be not: Again a Choice that God is Asking.

God is Asking for us to not trust in our own wisdom. He is asking us to Fear the Lord and to Depart from Evil. Everything here is just God Asking. God is giving us Choices. God is not Controlling us. He is simply Asking. These are NOT Demands from God.

8 It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.

Verse 8, Benefits given to people who choose to Obey God.

9 Honour the Lord with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:

Verse 9, God is requesting not demanding.

10 So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.

Verse 10, More rewards for choosing to Obey God.

11 My son, despise not the chastening of the Lord; neither be weary of his correction:

Verse 11, To chasten is to punish people who chose not to Obey God. Which again tells us that God is not in Control. He allows us to be Free to choose to Obey him. Or to Choose to Disobey him and be Chastened.

12 For whom the Lord loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.

Verse 12, If God was in Control than there would never be a need to correct any of his Children. If God was in Control we would have no Choice in what we did.

13 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.

Verse 13, To find something you have to choose to look for it. If God was in Control we would not have the opportunity, the choice to find things. God would just Control, Direct everything we do.

14 For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.

Verse 14, More Rewards for Obeying God. You do not get Rewarded if God is in Control. A Reward is something Earned. If God is in Control you cannot Earn anything for Obeying him. You have no Choice but to Obey him.

Man controls who his friends are.

1st Corinthians 5:11 “But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.”

Man controls his emotions.

Proverbs 16:32 “He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.”

Man controls his rejoicing.

1st Thessalonians 5:16 Rejoice evermore, prayer life: 17 Pray without ceasing, gratitude: 18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. We could literally go on and on.

Again, Reformed Theology, Calvinism has a False dichotomy of man’s Free Will and God’s Sovereignty.

The two are not mutually exclusive or even Contradictory. While a King may be Sovereign. He is not personally Controlling any Individuals’ Decisions in his realm over which he is Sovereign.

According to Webster’s 1828 dictionary. Sovereign means Supreme in Power; possessing Supreme Dominion; as a Sovereign Ruler of the Universe.

There is no debate that God is Omnipotent – All Powerful.

But being All Powerful is not the same thing as Control. Notice the instruction to Obey the Government’s Sovereign powers.

Romans 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

Did you notice that a Sovereign Power can be Resisted? Did you notice that what God ordained can be Ignored? Furthermore did you notice that Sovereign Power means Judgment of decisions, NOT CONTROL of decisions?

God’s Omnipotence is seen in Judgment NOT IN CONTROL.

Romans 14:12 “So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. And this judgment,”

Revelation 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

Man’s Free Will and God’s Omnipotence have a cause and effect relationship.

Not a contradictory relationship. God’s Judgment is a result of man’s wandering Will. God will pass all man’s work under His judgment. Because man has made his own decisions based on the Free Will God gave us. Is it really that difficult to understand?

A person is not Guilty until they have broken the Law. People have the Choice to Obey God. Or the Choice to Disobey God. When a Person Disobeys God they are Guilty. But they are not Guilty until they have Disobeyed God. God’s Judgment is only necessary because we have Free Will to Choose.

Reformed Calvinist Theology Has Evil Beliefs.

In Reformed Calvinist Theology, the False Doctrine of God’s Sovereignty leads to two particularly ungodly strains of defilement. One is there is no need to: Pray, for Evangelism, for Preaching, etc.

None of these things are necessary with a God who is in Control. A God who is in Control does not allow Free Will. No one can Choose to Believe on Jesus. Or to Reject Jesus. In Calvinism God decides who Goes to Heaven and who goes to Hell. This is very EVIL and not Biblical.

Reformed Calvinist are Hypocrites who do not even believe what they teach. They are vocal Evangelists always promoting their False Teachings. They dominate the TV, Churches. The Book Stores. The internet. Every possible outlet they can use.

Their False Theology says God is in Control. That Man cannot make any independent decisions. God decides everything. If they believed this they would not be the biggest sales people in the world pushing their beliefs.

Calvinism’s False Religion: “God is in Control” makes God Evil.

Makes God responsible for all the Sin people commit. For everyone in Hell. For everything horrible that happens. This is Absurd 100% unbiblical, not Biblical.

The other thing is the Smug Pride of Reformed Theologians that accuse their opposition of arrogantly trying to understand God. Because they deny what the Bible teaches about God. They have invented their own False god.

Reformed Calvinist Theology has corrupted the vast Majority of all “Christian” Churches.

Especially sad is all the Baptist Churches teaching Calvinism.

Shockingly IFB, Independent Fundamental Baptist, Churches are huge Calvinist’s. Not every IFB Church, but almost all. It is almost impossible to find a Saved IFB Church.

An IFB Church that Teaches the Gospel only for Salvation. I have recently visited several and they have all been Reformed Calvinist. They do not promote this.

They hide the fact they follow Reformed Calvinist Theology. You will not find them admit it on their websites. But if you visit their Churches. Hear their preaching. And see the books and tracts they sell. You will quickly see that they are Calvinist Churches.

I confronted these Pastor’s. “OK, you teach Calvinism.” Replies: “I understand why you say this.” “John Calvin is a great Church Father.” “This Church believes in Reformed Calvinism.”

People Believe, “God is in Control.” and “God controls everything.” Because these statements are Repeated to death on TV. In the music they listen to. In the books they read. And at the Churches they attend.

God is in Control is a Lie that False Teachers say.

The Bible neither says or teaches: God is in Control – God is Sovereign. What God does say is that all of man’s work will pass under His Judgment. Sovereignty is not being in Control.

It is the Authority and the Power to pass Judgment. Sovereignty is the final word on any decision whether good or bad. Not the programming of decisions.

You have the Free Will to Believe on Jesus or to Reject Jesus. Please Ask Jesus to Save you right now if you have not.

Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Hell Is Real.

Hell is Real. You Do Not Have to Go to Hell. Jesus Saves us From Hell.

Most people Laugh or get Angry. When you Warn them about Hell. Hell is Not Real in their minds. Pretending Hell is not real is No Solution. Hell Fire is Real. Hollywood daily Mocks Hell in Movies and on TV. They enjoy belittling Christian’s. They Laugh and make Hell a big Joke. Their Laughter will not keep the out of Hell.

Jude 1:23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.”

The Bible Says to Save people with Fear. The Fear of going to Hell. The Fear of Hell Saves People.

People argue with me. “Jesus is not a Fire Escape.” “Ask Jesus to Save You? Praying to Jesus will not Save You.”

Let’s think about this. Jesus Died to Save mankind from Hell. Jesus Preached about Hell more than Heaven. Being Afraid of Going To Hell is a Good Reason to get Saved.

Is 100% Biblical.

People get very very mad and angry when I mention Hell.

I constantly hear: “The Gospel is about Love. Not Hell.” “All YOU are trying to do, IS Scare people. Which is not sharing the Love of Jesus!”

How Dare You! You Tell Children. That if they do not Believe the Gospel. They will go to Hell! How DARE YOU!” “I do not Believe in a God. That will Send people to Hell.” “Scaring Children. Teaching them about Hell is Wrong.”

The Bible Warns Us Not To Go To Hell. It Warns That The Lost Will Go To Hell / The Lake of Fire.

Hell in the book of Revelation.

Revelation 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

I am a Sinner. You are a Sinner. We are all Sinners.

Sinners Deserve to go to Hell. Once You realize this. Than You can look to Jesus to Save You from the Penalty of Your Sins. Jesus came to Save Sinners.

1st Timothy 1:15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.”

Matthew 1:21 “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.”

How does Jesus Save a person from their Sins?

Jesus Saves us from Our Sins by taking Our Place. Jesus Paid the Price for All of our Sins. He Bore God’s Wrath. Jesus Bore our Sins in his Own Body on the Cross. Jesus Saves Everyone who Believes on Him from Hell.

To Save From Hell is Part of the Gospel.

If you do not tell people that Jesus Saves us from Hell. Than you are not Sharing the Gospel.

The Gospel:

1st Corinthians 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Saved from the Wrath of God. Saved from Hell.

Salvation. Saved from God’s Wrath. Saved from his Eternal Punishment. Which is Hell / The Lake of Fire.

Jesus Took Our Deserved Punishment.

1st Peter 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.”

The Gospel in Isaiah.

Isaiah 53:4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? For he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.

10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.

11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

Jesus was the Only Possible Perfect Blood Sacrifice for Sins. No other Sacrifice could Pay the Price for Our Sins.

John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.”

Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.”

Let’s look some more at what the Bible Says about Hell.

Jesus preached to the Lost about Hell. He Warned them about going to Hell if they Rejected him.

Matthew 23:33 Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?”

Matthew 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.”

Luke Chapter 16. The Rich Man In Hell And Lazarus. This Is Not a Parable. It is an actual event that Jesus Warned people about.

Luke 16:19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:

20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,

21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.

22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;

23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.

26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house:

28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.

29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.

30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.

31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

People who Go to Hell. They Go to Hell. Because they have Rejected Jesus Free Gift of Salvation. If YHell was not even made for Mankind. Hell was made for the Devil and his Angels.

Matthew 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:”

Jesus has the Keys of Death and of Hell. Jesus’ Sacrifice Paid for all the Sins of the World.

Revelation 1:17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Jesus Saves from Hell. From The Wrath of God.

Romans 5:6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.

8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

11 And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.

12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

Jesus Death . We are Saved by Jesus Life. By His Resurrection.

If Jesus had not Died on the Cross. I would N We are Saved by the entire Gospel. Jesus Death, his Burial and his Resurrection. If Jesus had Not been Raised from the Dead. Than he could not have Saved us.

In the verses. We can see. That Jesus came to Save Sinners from Hell. If You do not Realize You are a Sinner. You cannot be Saved.

1st Thessalonians 1:10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.”

Matthew 3:7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?”

The Wrath to come is Hell. Jesus Saves from Hell.

During the Great Tribulation. It will be Hell on Earth.  Because God pours out his Wrath on all Mankind. The Bible is full of Warnings. About people going to Hell.

Beware of False Teachers.

False Teachers will deceive Billion of people. They will drag them to Hell with them. Because of their False Gospel of Works.

Jude 4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.

6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

2nd Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;

7 And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:

8 (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)

9 The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

Believe on Jesus. Ask Jesus to Save you from Hell.

Romans 3:9 What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;

10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Romans 3:10 and 6:23 is telling the Lost they are Lost Sinners. Sinners that Deserve to Go to Hell. Death in the Bible in the context of Sin is talking about Hell. Which is the 2nd Death. The Wages of Sin is Death. Physical Death.

Jesus offers Eternal Life to Everyone who Believes on Him. Do Not Go To Hell.

Jesus Saves from Hell. Jesus Bore our Sins in his own body. To Save us from Hell.

1st Corinthians 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

A complete explanation of the Gospel.

The Gospel is: Jesus Died for our Sins. He Died in our Place. Bearing the Penalty for All of our Sins. Jesus Saved us from Death. The 2nd Death. Which is Hell. Jesus took our place. Jesus Saves us From Hell / The Lake of Fire. Salvation is to Believe. That Jesus Paid for all of our Sins. By his Death, Burial and Resurrection.

Heaven Or Hell? Jesus Or Money?

Jesus Or Money? Is Money Worth Going To Hell Over? Heaven Or Hell? Choose.

Do you Love Jesus? Do you Love the World? You can Love One or the Other. One not Both. It should not be a hard decision. Life is short. Money does not buy happiness. Heaven or Hell? Jesus or Money? Money is the biggest cause of unhappiness in Life. People Marry for it. They Divorce for it. Steal for it. Kill for it.

1st John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Do you Love the World?

I believe Christians Do Not Love the World. But Most Christians are in Love with the things in the World. Christians like non Christians want to be Accepted.  Popularity is like a Drug for people. The World Hates Christianity. So for Christians to be Accepted in the World they have to be like the World.

What things?

Money. Sex. Career. Sports. Attention. Movies, Television etc…

Early on in my Life. As a child and as a teenager. I Loved TV, Movies, Sports. I wanted Sex, a good Career.

NFL Football is on Sunday. That is not by accident. Satan knows that many Christians will be sitting in Church but their Heart is consumed with the football scores.

College Football is on Saturday. Sadly many sports obsessed men and women waste their Lives Worshiping Sports. Sports run 365 days a year. As a child I was caught up in this, Obsession. After I graduated High School I gave this up.

I have even been in Church and heard the Pastor say: “Today’s service will be short. We will sing one song and I have a 15 minute message. I know there is a big NFL game today.”

Yes, Pastor’s will cut the entire Service short because of the NFL. Maybe you have not seen this happen, but it does happen.

Worldly Pastor’s Love the things of the World more than God.

You may not be someone that is consumed with Sports.

Most Christians are consumed with Sex, their Career, and being Liked. Christians, we are not perfect. But typically there is something we let consume us. This thing interferes with our Christian Service our Walk with God.

Being overly consumed with our Spouse, our Children interferes with our walk with God. Spending Quality time with your Family is Essential and Biblical. We need to have the right balance though. There is no excuse for Neglecting our Christian Service.

Colossians 3:2 “Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.”

It is too easy to let the cares of this life Overwhelm us.

We want to be Good godly Christians. (Hopefully most of us.) But we struggle with the things of the World.

Sex is the one thing I am confident one time or another has been a huge concern for every Christian.

Why?

Because both single men and single women want to be in a relationship with the opposite Sex. That Desire can easily become an Obsession.

Even having a relationship does not always satisfy everyone. Wanting someone Better, Consumes Countless people. Better: More Attractive. Wealthier. Different.

Unfortunately most married people will regret their marriage. They think they could have done better. This is one reason for the high rate of Divorce in Christian marriages.

It takes a lot of Determination to not be Worldly. To not be Consumed with Sex, Career, Having Fun.

Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”

God tells us how to be Heavenly minded throughout the Bible, in Philippians 4:8.

Philippians 4:8 is telling us to read with understanding the Bible and to think on these things. What other than what is written in the Bible is: True, Honest, Just, Pure, Love, of Good Report, Virtue, Praise. Some of these things might exist in our lives outside of the Bible. Just be careful where your mind, your thoughts wander.

Jesus, promised Heaven to all who will Believe on Him.

John 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.

Here in John Chapter 14 Jesus realized his Disciples hearts were troubled.

Jesus told them that he was going to lay down his life for the Sins of the world. He said he was going die.

This was very troubling to hear. So, Jesus offered hope:  “…believe in God, believe also in me.”

The Disciples were so troubled that Jesus had to tell them to Believe in God and to also Believe in him.

After 3 and a half years the Disciples should have just naturally Believed in Jesus. I think they did. But their minds were focused on the Negative. With the thoughts of Jesus dying and leaving them alone. They could not think straight.

This happens to us too. We know the Bible and how we should live. But because of circumstances in the World. We let ourselves loose sight of the Big picture and we become Worldly.

Becoming Worldly means to Neglect the things of God. To waste our time on Fleeting Pleasures. We should Keep our thoughts on the Heavenly. Pray often. Be an Evangelist, A Good Witness. And have a Good Christian Testimony.

Being Saved means you will go to Heaven when you Die.

Spending Eternity in Heaven with Jesus is suppose to motivate us to Live for Eternal rewards. Instead of living for the Temporary Pleasures the World has to offer.

Matthew 6:19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

In Matthew Chapter 6. Jesus tells us how worthless it is to spend our lives building up Wealth on the Earth.

A Devout Christian will live a life in Service to Jesus. Doing this they will Earn Heavenly Treasures.

The bottom line is what you Treasure the most will be where your Heart is. This means if you Treasure the things of the World than that is where your Heart is.

Be the Christian that Treasures the things of God. A Christian that has a Heart for Jesus.

Jesus Thank You. I Owe You Everything.

Can You Say, Jesus, Thank You. I Owe You Everything. And Mean It?

Everyday Life can be very busy. We might start to Neglect our Christian Responsibilities. At First we would be Excited and Happy to go to Church. We would volunteer for everything possible.  As time passes going to Church feels like a chore. We stop volunteering. We Stop saying: Jesus, Thank You. I Owe You Everything.

Everyone I Pray you will have a Blessed, Joyous, Day, Week, Weekend, Year.

Let’s Be Thankful For Jesus Everyday.

Ephesians 5:20 “Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;”

Psalms 30:4 “Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.”

Psalms 36:1 O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

2 O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever.

3 O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever.

4 To him who alone doeth great wonders: for his mercy endureth for ever.

5 To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth for ever.

6 To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy endureth for ever.

7 To him that made great lights: for his mercy endureth for ever:

8 The sun to rule by day: for his mercy endureth for ever:

9 The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy endureth for ever.

10 To him that smote Egypt in their firstborn: for his mercy endureth for ever:

11 And brought out Israel from among them: for his mercy endureth for ever:

12 With a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm: for his mercy endureth for ever.

13 To him which divided the Red sea into parts: for his mercy endureth for ever: 14 And made Israel to pass through the midst of it: for his mercy endureth for ever:

15 But overthrew Pharaoh and his host in the Red sea: for his mercy endureth for ever.

16 To him which led his people through the wilderness: for his mercy endureth for ever.

17 To him which smote great kings: for his mercy endureth for ever:

18 And slew famous kings: for his mercy endureth for ever:

19 Sihon king of the Amorites: for his mercy endureth for ever:

20 And Og the king of Bashan: for his mercy endureth for ever:

21 And gave their land for an heritage: for his mercy endureth for ever:

22 Even an heritage unto Israel his servant: for his mercy endureth for ever.

23 Who remembered us in our low estate: for his mercy endureth for ever:

24 And hath redeemed us from our enemies: for his mercy endureth for ever.

25 Who giveth food to all flesh: for his mercy endureth for ever.

26 O give thanks unto the God of heaven: for his mercy endureth for ever.

1 Corinthians 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

If you are a Christian You should be Thankful For Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Holidays cause depression. Thanksgiving. Christmas. Easter. Birthdays. New Year’s.

Traditional events shared with Family and Friends bring tears and crying.

People we Loved have Died.  We miss them. We think back on the Happy Times we Shared with them and cry because they are no longer with us.

You might be completely ALONE, with no one to share your Life with.

These days have not always been full of Joy and Happiness which gives us bad memories.

How do we prevent depression? How do we Enjoy Days that Everyone Else is Celebrating?

Live everyday being Thankful for Jesus. Knowing how much Jesus suffered for us will put everything into perspective.

With Jesus In You, You can Be Happy. You Should Be Happy.

Jesus suffered more in his 33 year life than any other person. Jesus watched as his Disciples ran away from him. Judas B with a Kiss. He saw Peter Deny him. On the Cross God the Father left him alone to suffer bleed and die.  Yet Jesus endured all of this and more. He rose from the Grave to Save mankind from the penalty of their Sins.

Jesus Is Always There For You. He Will Never Leave You.

Romans 8:38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

True Joy is spending time with Jesus. Rejoice, Praise Jesus for your Salvation.

The Greatest Joy in Life is Being Saved. Knowing You Will Be Going to Heaven to be with Jesus.

Habakkuk 3:18 “Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.”

Philippians 4:4 “Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.”

Psalms 46:1…God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
4 There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.

I am Thankful everyday for Jesus.

Jesus Suffered, Bled and Died for me…. He took my place, Dying for All of my Sins. He Paid The Price for All of my Sins.

Jesus has a purpose for me so I am Thankful for my Salvation and that Jesus wants to use me.

If you do Cry, and are Sad, know that Jesus Cried in the Bible. He Cried for Lazaras, for Jerusalem.

Luke 19:41 And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,

42 Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.

43 For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side,

44 And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.

45 And he went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold therein, and them that bought;

46 Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of thieves.

47 And he taught daily in the temple. But the chief priests and the scribes and the chief of the people sought to destroy him,

48 And could not find what they might do: for all the people were very attentive to hear him.

Jesus cried when Lazarus died.

John 11:32 Then when Mary was come where Jesus was, and saw him, she fell down at his feet, saying unto him, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.

33 When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews also weeping which came with her, he groaned in the spirit, and was troubled,

34 And said, Where have ye laid him? They said unto him, Lord, come and see.

35 Jesus wept.

36 Then said the Jews, Behold how he loved him!

37 And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died?

38 Jesus therefore again groaning in himself cometh to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it.

39 Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days.

40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?

41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. 42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.

43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. 44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.

45 Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him.

46 But some of them went their ways to the Pharisees, and told them what things Jesus had done.

Jesus Loves Everyone of Us. He Cries for us. Jesus Wept for Lazarus. Jesus Loved Lazarus.

Yes, it is OK to be Sad, to Cry. But do not be consumed by your Grief, your Sorrow.

In the Bible Jesus was full of sorrow. He cried. But he did not let his sorrow, his tears, control him. He quickly moved on from crying and sorrow and went back to his work.

Jesus Life was full of suffering. Jesus suffered for us.

Isaiah 53:3 “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.”

Being Emotional is Normal. Put everything into perspective. Do not let sorrow control you.

Jesus suffering gave us Salvation. Understand that Jesus Rose from the Dead which completed his Atonement for all of our Sins.

Jesus Resurrection is Joyous.

Everything that causes us to suffer in this Life has a purpose. All of our suffering will be Turned into Joy. We will spend Eternity in Heaven with Jesus.

The Bible Tells us to Rejoice. So Please always Rejoice and be Thankful. Enjoy Everyday.

Luke 10:20 “Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.”

Psalms 97:12 “Rejoice in the LORD, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.”

1 Peter 1:8 “Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:”

Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.

5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.

6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

Our Lives are suppose to full of Joy because of Jesus. Jesus Thank You, I Owe You Everything.

Please Believe and Share the Gospel.

1 Corinthians 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Joshua 24:15 Who Do You Serve?

Be Like Joshua. Do not Be Afraid to Ask, Who Do You Serve?

Joshua Took A Stand For God. His Challenge to Israel: Who Do You Serve? He told them they were Evil. Because they wanted to Go Back to Egypt to Serve Pagan gods.  Joshua was not Afraid. He Boldly told the mob he would Serve The Lord. He tried to change their minds. The message is if Everyone Else Stops Serving the Lord. You need to Stand up to them and Say I Serve the Lord. You need to too. Jesus and You is a Majority.

God is asking you to Stand with him.

Joshua 24:15 “And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”

1st Corinthians 16:3 “Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.”

“Watch ye.” We need to Lookout for Everything that Tempts us and Avoid these Temptations. Things that cause us to Sin. We must flee from Sin.

Christians need to be very careful who they spend their time with. Your old non-Christian friends will ruin your Christian Faith if you keep being friends with them.

When we are with them we do Sinful things. Things we would not have done if we were not with them. We need to Watch for and avoid Temptations that can cause us to Sin.

“Stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be Strong.”

To Stand Fast, means You Hold Your Ground. You are Rock Solid in what you Believe. No One Can Change Your Mind about Your Christian Faith.

Being a Man, a Woman, being Strong. Means You Will Uphold Your Beliefs, Your Christian Faith.

When confronted do not be Weak and Flee. Never Change or Hide, who you are because of Peer Pressure. Hold firm to what you Believe.

Ephesians 6:10 “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.”

The Apostle Paul is Encouraging Persecuted Christians. Be Strong In The Lord. In The Power Of His Might.

Paul’s speech is telling the Church to be Faithful to the Lord. He reminds them of the MIGHTY POWER OF THE LORD.  Back then just by Admitting to being a Christian could get you Stoned to Death, even Crucified. Like Joshua Paul is telling the people to make a Stand for the Lord.

As Christians we will face challenges to our Christian Faith from all sides. Even from people in our own home.

Family members and Friends will stand against your Christian Faith. They will try to change you. They get upset when you stay Faithful to Jesus, and reject Sin. People you will meet in life, or online, will oppose your Christian Faith in Jesus. Stay Strong. Others who claim to be Christians will Pervert the Gospel with False Teachings adding Works to Salvation. The way to stay Strong like Joshua is to know the Bible. Study the Bible.

Jesus is telling us to be STRONG in the Lord. Jesus wants us to stand up and be Counted as a Christian. He wants us to Stand up for the Truth of the Gospel. For the Truth of Christianity.

If you Love others you will correct those who are Wrong in the Doctrine they are Teaching, Sharing. This is what a person does who is STRONG in the Lord like Joshua and Paul.

Jude 3 “Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.”

So far we have Jesus, Joshua, Jude and Paul in the Scriptures are telling us to make a Stand. There are no silent Stands. Jude 3, Earnestly Contend for  the Faith. Earnestly = Sincere and Intense Conviction, Seriously. Contend = A Difficult Dangerous Struggle to Surmount a Challenge. To Argue, To Assert your Position in an Argument.

Jude 3 Makes it Clear that the Christian Faith is a Fight. Not a Physical Fight. A Fight to Stand up for your Christian Faith. When people say Christians do not Argue. They just showed me they are IGNORANT of the Bible. Joshua had Vocal Arguments to support his Faith in the Lord. As did Paul, Jude, Jesus, the Saints of God. The Bible records numerous Saints Arguing to defend the Lord. When you make a Stand for Jesus. You are Defending Jesus.

I constantly hear “Christians” say do not Correct other “Believers” about what they are teaching others.

These same “Christians” have No Problem Always Condemning Me, Mocking Me. They Judge everything I say. Fake Christians are the Worst Hypocrites.

“Just let it go. We need to just support each other.” That sounds “OK.” Except when someone is Teaching Works Salvation You have a Responsibility to Expose them For Teaching a False Gospel. Keeping Silent, especially when you are part of the Conversation is supporting the False Gospel. That is like just standing by and watching a person drown.

If you care about someone you will tell them when they are Wrong. Especially when they are Teaching False Doctrines.

Jesus is our example.

Luke 19:37 And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen;

38 Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.

39 And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.
40 And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.
41 And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,
42 Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.

45 And he went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold therein, and them that bought;

Jesus is our example to follow. Jesus was not Weak Like some Preachers and Churches Teach. He Strongly Defended the Scriptures, the Christian Faith.

46 Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of thieves.

Jesus called People out who were Wrong. He used Strong Language. He never took No for an answer. When Jesus spoke he Never backed down to any one.

47 And he taught daily in the temple. But the chief priests and the scribes and the chief of the people sought to destroy him,
48 And could not find what they might do: for all the people were very attentive to hear him.

Strongly Contended for The Faith like Jesus, Joshua, John, Paul and Jude.

Biblically a person who Earnestly Contends for the Faith with Sincere and Intense Conviction, asserts Biblical Truths. They will teach the Bible correctly with their whole heart. They will Stand up and Argue with False Teachers.

8 Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.
10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.
11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

The Apostle Paul Strongly Contended for the Faith.

Galatians 2:11 But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed.

Paul had Strong Words for Peter. When Paul “Withstood” Peter it means he refused to Give in to Peter’s argument.  It is WRONG to say that Christians are not to Argue with each other. It is UnBiblical. The Bible records very Strong arguments. Paul Stood his ground refusing to give in to Peter. If you are right Biblically you never give in to any kind of Pressure. Which means you do not concede and agree with a False Teacher.

As soon as the Conversating hits a dead end leave.

There is no Point to Argue the same points over and over again. If this Argument is within Your Church You will need to Leave that Church. If they are Teaching False Doctrines. Never change your mind to Smooth things over. Just to make peace with others who are Biblically Wrong. Joshua would call them Evil.

Galatians 2:12 For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision.
13 And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation.
14 But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews?
15 We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles,

16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

17 But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.
18 For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor.
19 For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.

20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

This passage is Teaching that Works can never Save a person. There is only one plan of Salvation for everyone.

Paul like Joshua Stood with the Lord. He drew a line in the Sand and Said in today’s language You cannot Add Works to Salvation. This all happened within the Church. This was a Church matter that was a huge Confrontation. If you are in the Same Church for a Long time these type of Arguments will happen.  You might get a lot of new Calvin members that divide the Church.

Acts 15:2 “When therefore Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain other of them, should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question.”

“Had no small dissension and disputation with them…”

This was a huge Disagreement, an Argument involving a lot of different people.

Please Defend the Christian Faith. Always Share the Gospel.

If you have never asked Jesus to Save you. Please pray to Jesus and Ask him right now to Save you.

Bible Salvation.

Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

Willful Sin? Explaining Hebrews Chapter 10.

Willful Sin? You cannot Sin Accidently. Read Hebrews Chapter 10.

Think about yourself. Your Sins. Many Sins we commit we have to work up to doing them. We dream about Sinning. We do not accidently Sin. All Sin is Willful Sin. A well known Truth. “Shelly accidently got Pregnant.” The Dad and Mom say, “Son Shelly is Pregnant because she had Sex. Sex is an intentional act, not an accident.”

Willful Sin? Salvation Explained.

Ephesians 1:12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
13 In whom ye also [trusted], after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

Ephesians 1:12,13 clearly explains how to be Saved. Salvation = Eternal Life. Sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise is Eternal Security.

(“…who first trusted in Christ.”) Trust = Faith

Salvation happens as soon as a person Trusts, puts their Faith in Jesus only to Save them. Willful Sin Does Not Take Away Your Salvation.

Faith / Trust / Belief in the Gospel = Saved from Hell. The Book of Romans has the most Salvation verses in it. Romans does not Say you will Go to Hell for Willful Sin. Romans Chapters 3, 5, and 10 are very Powerful. It is Essential for the Soul Winner to Memorize these Chapters.

Romans 3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

The Gospel.

1 Corinthians 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Sealed = Eternal Life = Eternal Security = You can never Lose your Salvation.

Ephesians 4:30 “And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.”

John 6:40 “And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.”

1 John 5:9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.
10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

Salvation is Eternal, Never Ending. Eternal Life Means Willful Sin will Not Take Away Your Salvation.

Numerous False Teachers: Pastor’s, Evangelists, Writers, and people in general. Teach that a Christian can lose their Salvation. They Claim they do not commit Willful Sin. They are Liars. Every Sin we commit is Willful Sin. These Counterfeit Christians, Mock OSAS, Once Saved Always Saved. They Deny Eternal Security.

Believe what the Bible teaches. Not people who twist the Scriptures. The Bible does not contradict itself.

Hebrews 10:26 is a popular verse False Teachers use. It is their Willful Sin Text verse. To Falsely teach that a Christian can Lose their Salvation.

Hebrews 10:26 “For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,”

This verse, this passage Does Not say a Saved person has Lost, or can Lose their Salvation. By committing Willful Sin.

Paul is saying: I have told you it is a Sin to continue with Temple sacrifices. If we wilfully Sin. (Keep going to the Temple. For animal sacrifices. After I have told you not to.) There remaineth no more Sacrifice for Sins.  The continued Temple sacrifices Mocked Jesus one time Blood Atonement for Sins. There is No More Sacrifices for Sin. Because Jesus Already made the One and Only Needed Blood Sacrifice. For All of the Sins of the World.

Hebrews 10: “12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;”

Hebrews Chapter 10 teaches Jesus is the only Sacrifice for Sins. His Sacrifice was a One time Only Sacrifice. To Eternally Pay for All of the Sins of the World. Thus the Temple Sacrifices for Sin, is Not an Actual Sacrifice for Sins.

To continue with the Temple sacrifices was willfully Sinning against God. This Act was Denying Jesus Blood Atonement.

Never base any doctrine on only one verse. Willful Sin is not unforgivable. The only way to understand the Bible is by understanding the context of the verse(s) you are studying.

The purpose of Hebrews Chapter 10 is to Stop Believing Jews from continuing in the temple ritual. Jesus Fulfilled this already. In his Incarnation, his Life, and his Blood Atonement. It is Wrong to continue with an elaborate system of rituals. Which spoke of the coming Savior. Foretold his future Death on the Cross, His Burial, and His Resurrection to Save mankind. After Jesus already Fulfilled this.

Still performing these rituals is saying, that Jesus was not the Messiah. And His Death was Not Valid. Doing so was WILLFUL SIN. There is no more Sacrifice for Sin. Jesus already made the Only Eternal Life Saving Sacrifice for Sin.

Continuing with the Foreshadowing Temple Sacrifices after Jesus Blood Atonement was WILLFUL SIN. This practice Denied and Disowned Jesus. It Destroyed the Faith of Those who Persisted in it.

Further Explanation of Hebrews Chapter 10 and of Willful Sin.

Hebrews 10 is teaching that the Law Foreshadowed Jesus coming Salvation. His coming Sacrifice for Sin, for all Sin. It teaches Jesus one sacrifice for Sin was enough to pay for the Sins of the Whole World. That to Continue with Temple sacrifices was to deny Jesus Saving Blood Atonement.

Hebrews 10:1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.

2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.

3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year.

4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.

5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:

6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.

7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.

8 Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;

9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.

10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:

12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;

By continuing in the Jewish temple ritual, these Jews were committing Sin. Every time they participated in an animal sacrifice. They were saying that Jesus Died in Vain. This really is “Trampling” Him under foot. Regarding His Blood, His Death on the Cross, as “Unclean”. This is “Violently Insulting” the Spirit who testifies to Him and to the Validity of His Atonement.

Hebrews 10:19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
21 And having an high priest over the house of God;
22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
28 He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.

31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

32 But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions;
33 Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used.
34 For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.
35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.
36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
37 For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.
38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

Paul was dealing with Jewish believers who wanted to return to the Law to avoid persecution. The passage then is two-fold.

First to deal with Apostasy (10:19-25). Second to provide Encouragement to Grow Spiritually (10:32-39).

It is not Apostasy towards Judaism, it is Apostasy from Jesus Christ. Apostasy away from The Lord Jesus Christ who is the Final and only Saving Sacrifice.

Paul warns: Willful Sin, is a Presumptuous Sin Like in:

Numbers 15:30 But the soul that doeth [ought] presumptuously, [whether he be] born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
31 Because he hath despised the word of the LORD, and hath broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity [shall be] upon him.

Understanding that presumptuous sins had no sacrifice is critical to understanding the text at hand.

The Law of Moses had sacrifices for any number of Sins outlined in Leviticus.

If the sin was presumptuous, done intentionally, there was no sacrifice. The individual was now under the direct judgment of God Almighty.

“…but a fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries.” – Heb. 10:27.  Jews and Gentile would have been well acquainted with the Levitical law stated. They would have known that Physical Death not Eternal Damnation was the punishment.

Judgment, Fiery indignation, is a picture of a Jealous God. God was forced, because of His Holiness, to deal with his children severely (Heb. 12:6).

We are held secure by the power and promises of God (John 10:28). The judgment in view cannot be Hell / the Lake of Fire.

The judgment is physical death not Eternal Damnation. The promises of the Law were never Eternal Salvation. Keeping the Law was to assure God’s continued Blessing in their Life. Law Keeping was not a Contract to Heaven.

In fact, noticeably absent in all the warnings is Hell / the Lake of Fire. There is a thought among Christians that God’s Love will override his justice. That his Love will override his holiness in dealing with His people. However, there are many examples where God dealt with His people severely.

Numbers 11:1 And when the people complained, it displeased the Lord: and the Lord heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the Lord burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp. 2 And the people cried unto Moses; and when Moses prayed unto the Lord, the fire was quenched. 3 And he called the name of the place Taberah: because the fire of the Lord burnt among them.

Ananias and Sapphira were put to death for their Sin. (Acts 5:1-11).

Acts 5:4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God. 5 And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.

These are examples of physical death as the Judgment of God.

An example from the Old Testament and an example from the New Testament. Notice the Judgment against them was only physical Death. There was no sentence of Eternal Damnation.

All too often, Christians immediately think of Fire and / or udgment in anger as speaking of Hell. This would be akin to believing that every time blood was spoken of in scripture, it was Christ’s blood.

Christians Judged: (see Rom. 14:10-12; 1 Cor. 3:11-15; 2 Cor. 5;10) This may or may not be a time of rejoicing for that individual at the Judgment Seat of Christ. It will not be a Judgment that ends in Eternal Damnation. Jesus Judgment at the Judgment Seat of Christ is not a Judgment on Sins. It is a judgment on Christian Service. Again all Judgment by God in the Bible is not for Eternal Damnation.

The indignation spoken of in Hebrews Chapter 10 is Not for Eternal Condemnation. It is to cause a Saved Sinner to change their conduct. This is an expression of God’s Love.

Hebrews 12:5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:

6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. 7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?

8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.

9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? 10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.

11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.

In Conclusion.

Hebrews 10:26-27 is not a warning against Loss of Salvation. Neither is it discussing Unbelievers, Hellfire, and Persistent Sin.

This passage is to believers that were leaving Jesus for Judaism to avoid persecution. While they thought persecution from man was bad. Paul makes them aware that God dealing with them could be just as bad or even more severe.

Paul is imploring them to recognize the significance and the power of Jesus in their lives. He is attempting to motivate them to grow to maturity.

The Gospel Of Jesus Christ.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the Power of God.

Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”

Christians do not be Afraid to share the Gospel. Proudly Share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Satan Twists God’s Word. Denies the True Gospel. Invents his own False Gospel.

2nd Corinthians 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.

Most people trust the most important decision in their life to other people. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the Power of God unto Salvation.

The Bible clearly explains Salvation:

Romans 1:15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

The Gospel:

1st Corinthians 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

This is the Gospel that Jesus Preached. The Gospel Peter, Paul, James, John every Apostle and Disciple of Jesus preached.

The Bible warns against Believing Another Gospel.

Galatians 1:6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:

7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

Most Churches teach that Jesus never Taught / Preached the Gospel. That we cannot follow Jesus’s Teachings. They reject the Gospel’s, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Putting them in the Old Testament.

According to them. We can only take Salvation passages from some of Apostle Paul’s books. They even deny parts of Paul’s books. Because of their Dispensationalist False Doctrine. They reject Romans chapter 10 and the entire book of Hebrews. Saying they apply only to the Jews.

Jesus did teach the Gospel:

Luke 9:18 And it came to pass, as he was alone praying, his disciples were with him: and he asked them, saying, Whom say the people that I am?
19 They answering said, John the Baptist; but some say, Elias; and others say, that one of the old prophets is risen again.
20 He said unto them, But whom say ye that I am? Peter answering said, The Christ of God.
21 And he straitly charged them, and commanded them to tell no man that thing;
22 Saying, The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain, and be raised the third day.

Verse 22 is the Gospel plain and Clear.

22 Saying, The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain, and be raised the third day.

More verses:

Luke 18:31 Then he took unto him the twelve, and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of man shall be accomplished.
32 For he shall be delivered unto the Gentiles, and shall be mocked, and spitefully entreated, and spitted on:
33 And they shall scourge him, and put him to death: and the third day he shall rise again.
34 And they understood none of these things: and this saying was hid from them, neither knew they the things which were spoken.

Luke 24:7 “Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.”

Mark 9:31 “For he taught his disciples, and said unto them, The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day.”

Mark 10:33 Saying, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be delivered unto the chief priests, and unto the scribes; and they shall condemn him to death, and shall deliver him to the Gentiles:
34 And they shall mock him, and shall scourge him, and shall spit upon him, and shall kill him: and the third day he shall rise again.

Matthew 16:21 From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.
22 Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee.
23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

John 2:19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.

20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
21 But he spake of the temple of his body.
22 When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.

John 10:17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.
18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

The Bible is Clear: Jesus Taught the Gospel.

Mark 1:1 makes this Perfectly Clear:

Mark 1:1 The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God; 2 As it is written in the prophets, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee. 3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.

Jesus taught to be Saved All a person has to do is to Believe in him.

Jewish people knew the Scriptures foretold of the coming Messiah. Who would Save them from their Sins.

When Jesus said to Believe on me to have Eternal Life. They understood he was the promised Messiah. That would Save them from the Penalty of all of their Sins.

John 11:23 Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again.
24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.
25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?
27 She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.

The Scriptures that foretold the Gospel, Jesus the coming Messiah:

Zechariah 9:9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
10 And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim, and the horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off: and he shall speak peace unto the heathen: and his dominion shall be from sea even to sea, and from river even to the ends of the earth.
11 As for thee also, by the blood of thy covenant I have sent forth thy prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water.

Micah 5:2 “But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.”

Isaiah 7:14 “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.”

Immanuel: “God with us.”

Immanuel, God with us, is a prophecy that announces the presence of God with his people, and which is ultimately fulfilled in the arrival of the incarnate Son of God in the womb of the virgin Mary (Matthew 1:22,23)

Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Isaiah 62:11 Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
12 And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.

Isaiah 53:1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?
2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

Old Testament Believers Believed The Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Animal sacrifices Saved No One:

Hebrews 10:4 “For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.”

The Old Testament sacrifices. Pointed towards the One Sacrifice that Jesus would make on the Cross to bring Eternal Salvation.

Like New Testament Believers. Old Testament Believers were Justified by Grace through Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ the coming Messiah.

Abraham

Genesis 15:6 “And he believed in the Lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness.”

Galatians 3:6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.
7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.
10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.
11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

You must understand that there is Only One True Gospel. In Galatians 3 God preached the Gospel to Abraham.

Dispensationalism’s Biggest Lie is there are Many Different Gospel’s.

These False Teachers Teach Multiple plans of Salvation, Multiple Gospel’s. The Bible says there is Only One True Gospel. There is Only One plan of Salvation for All of Humanity. Abraham put his Faith in Jesus Christ Only to Save him.

Salvation is Simple. Read the Scriptures for yourself and Believe on Jesus only to Save you.

Unrepentant Sin Explained.

Unrepentant Sin is not in The Bible.

False Teachers make up Words LIKE UNREPENTANT. They Say if you have UNREPENTANT SIN when YOU DIE YOU WILL GO TO HELL. Guess What That Is NOT In the Bible.

Matthew 9:2 And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.

Jesus has Forgiven All of the Sins of the World. Jesus was Crucified because he Forgave Sins, Raised the Dead Proved he was God.

3 And, behold, certain of the scribes said within themselves, This man blasphemeth.

4 And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?

5 For whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk?

6 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.

7 And he arose, and departed to his house.

8 But when the multitudes saw it, they marvelled, and glorified God, which had given such power unto men.

Luke 23:35 “Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.”

John 1:29 “The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.”

Revelation 1:5 “And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,”

Matthew 1:21 “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.”

Colossians 2:14 “Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;”

1st John 2:2 “And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.”

Hebrews 10:12 “But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;”

1st Peter 3:18 “For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:”

1st John 3:5 “And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.”

No one Goes to Hell for Sin. Jesus Died for Everyone’s Sins. False Teachers are OBSESSED WITH SIN. People Go to HELL for Rejecting Jesus Free Gift of Salvation. NOT FOR SIN.

Luke Chapter 17 is used to teach the Unbiblical, “Unrepentant Sin.”

Luke 17:1 Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!

2 It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.

4 And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.

5 And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.

6 And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

7 But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat?

8 And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink?

9 Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not.

10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

Cultists use Luke 17:1-10 as the cornerstone of their False Doctrine “Unrepentant Sin.”

They Falsely Claim. If we do not Repent of all of our Sins. Immediately after we commit them than we will go to Hell. Because we have Unrepentant Sin. This is not true. Repent of Sin is not even in the Bible.

False Teachers use this passage to Teach if you have UNREPENTANT Sin you will go to Hell. If you Believe their FALSE Repent of Sin Gospel you will GO TO HELL.

Have you ever heard the saying Ignorance of the Law is no Excuse. This is True with God’s Law (Sin) and with man’s Law.  A Police Officer will give you a speeding ticket for going over the speed limit even it there are no signs posted. You are required to know the speed limit even if it is not posted.

Each State has a Driver’s handbook with many different Laws in it. That drivers must learn. And pass a test on in order to get their drivers license.  Depending on your state. The speed limit in a residential neighborhood and in a business district might both be 25 miles an hour. Like in California.

We all Sin not even realizing what we are doing.

In Colorado the Law is 25 mph in residential neighborhoods. 30 mph in business districts. The Police will give you a ticket for going 3 mph over the speed limit. When I was stopped the Police Officer told me they were ticketing people starting at 3 mph over. To save children’s lives because they played in the streets and some have been killed.

Once right after I crossed the State line. I got a ticket for going 65 mph in a 55 mph zone. When the Police Officer came to my car window. He was laughing: “Son this is an old fashioned speed trap. On this side of the state-line the speed limit is 55 mph. Also the speed limit sign is posted a half mile down this road. It is true ignorance of the Law is never an excuse.”

Biblically what is a Sin and what is not a Sin is different for everyone.

Romans 14:19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

20 For meat destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence.

21 It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak.

22 Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth.

23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

Romans 14 tells us if we think something is a Sin than it is a Sin.

It is a Sin even if God does not consider it a Sin. It is a Sin to do something that is not a Sin in front of someone who thinks it is a Sin.

Many Christians think caffeine is a Drug. So it must be a Sin to eat or drink anything with caffeine in it. If you obey the Bible. You will not consume anything with caffeine in it. In front of someone who considers that a Sin. So you do not offend them.

It is A Sin to Do Anything without Faith.

An example would be driving in rush hour traffic if that scares you. That would be not having Faith to know that God will protect you. Fear is having a lack of Faith.

You are lying if you say that everything you do is by Faith. You are also lying if you say that you Ask God to Forgive you for everything you do that is not by Faith.

More verses about our Sins:

James 17:15 For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.

16 But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.

17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

If you say: “OK, everyone. Tomorrow we will all have to help prepare for the upcoming audit.”

That is a Sin to say.  Because you are assuming you will be alive to be at work tomorrow.  This is what James 17:15 means.  Be honest, you do not bring your Christian speak into the workplace.

You should say: (I have never heard anything like this by a Christian in the Workplace.) “Lord willing…”

If you did speak like this constantly at work. Your Supervisor would tell you to keep your Christian beliefs out of the Work place.  It is Sin to tailor your speech to fit into the workplace.  We all do it, weather you will admit it or not. Do you ask God to Forgive you every time you slip up this way? You are lying if you say yes.

So many things we do. Are so automatic. We do not even realize half of the things we say or do. Let alone realize that some of our speech, thoughts, and actions are Sinful.

James 17:16 “But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.”

Boasting Is A Popular Sin for Christians. Boasting about our Christian Service.  Every time I am at Church. Or when I am online on social media. I see or hear something like this:  “Praise Jesus, I had the opportunity to witness to my boss today…”

This is a Sin.  You are praising yourself. To everyone who is listening to you. Or who sees your social media post.  People will say, I only say this to encourage other people to be a good witness.  Guess what there are numerous Bible passages that tells us to be good witnesses.  We do not need to boast and tell the world what a good witness we are.

James 17:17 “Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.”  This is very difficult because, how many times do we see an opportunity to do good but we pass it up.

We all miss out on opportunities to Do Good. To Help people who need Help.

We do not always help someone when we can. For many different reasons.  We might be afraid of offending them.  We might be afraid of helping a woman. Because you think she might get the wrong idea. To God these are just our excuses. Excuses we use to keep ourselves from doing what we know to do.

You are lying to yourself. If you think you know what every possible Sin is. You are also Lying if you say. That since you have been a Christian. You have Asked God to Forgive you. For each and every individual Sin you have committed.

Have you asked everyone you have wronged in your life to forgive you?  An honest answer would be no.  When you mess up at Work. Do you ask your Boss to Forgive you? Your coworkers? You might apologize. But I seriously doubt you ask for their Forgiveness.

Repent of Sin?

Luke 16:30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.

31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

Notice Verse 30 does not say to Repent of Sin.  In fact there is not even one verse in the Bible that says to Repent of Sin.  Verse 31 tells us that the only way to be Saved is through our Faith in the Bible.

Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

We are Saved by Believing on Jesus only to Save us.  Not by Repenting of Sin which is not even in the Bible.  Nothing in Luke Chapter 17 says that to Be Saved a person must 1st Repent of Sin.

We must be careful with New Born Christians.

Luke 17 verses 1-2. Jesus is warning us about offending those who are New Christians. People who are newly Saved Christians. They are very fragile and overly sensitive.

Luke 17:1 Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!

2 It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

We are to strive to be patient with new Christians. We must gently teach them so they will understand and not be offended or overwhelmed. It is like feeding a newborn baby from the breast at the beginning.

Be Like Little Children, Jesus Said.

Matthew 18:1 At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?

2 And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,

3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

7 Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!

Learning Christian Doctrine (A Bible Truth, What the Bible Teaches) takes time.

A person who is a Baby Christian cannot comprehend every Bible Truth all at once.

1st Corinthians 3:1 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.

2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

Luke 17:3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.

Repent does not mean to Repent of Sin.  This passage does not say to Repent of Sin.

Verse 3 Explained: “Brother, you know it offends me when you bring Coke over to my house.” It is not a Sin to drink Coke. It is a Sin if you drink Coke in front of someone you know is offended by it. You need to say you are Sorry and ask for Forgiveness. It is easy to forget everything that might offend someone. Even things they told you that offends them.

Being Sorry. Having Sorrow and Grief. Causes a person to Repent. Causes them to Change their Mind. Change your mind is the Bible definition of Repent, Repentance.

What is not a Sin to you. Can be a Sin to other people.  So we need to be sensitive to other people’s feelings.

Genesis 6:6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.”

If you read Genesis Chapter 6 you will see that God was Sorry that he made man. He Repented that he made man. He changed his mind about making man.  At first he thought it was a Good idea. Than he Repented and changed his mind. To thinking it was a Bad idea. God was going to Kill all of mankind. But he changed his mind when he looked at Noah.

Genesis 6:1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,

2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.

8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

Do You Understand?

Luke 17:4 “And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.”

Notice, this verse is not using the word Sin, to Repent of Sin.  Sin is not mentioned because you can accidentally trespass against someone without even Sinning.

Until you know that something is offensive to someone else. A trespass, if you do it. It is not a Sin.  Simply put Christians are to Always Forgive Each other.  When we Wrong someone we are to be Sorry and to Ask for Forgiveness.

Ephesians 4:32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.”

Again just because we might Wrong someone. It does not have to be a Sin that we committed.  All we have to do. Is to do something that offends them. Even if it was an accident.  If someone is Sorry. And asks us to Forgive them. We must Forgive them. No matter how many times they have wronged us.

Luke 17:5-10 does not need any explanation. The meaning is clear.

Fools Despise Wisdom And Instruction.

Fools Despise Wisdom And Instruction. This is a Bible Truth. It applies to both Saved and Lost people.

Proverbs 1:7 “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.”

This verse and the entire Chapter is very powerful. Why is the Fear of the Lord the beginning of knowledge? Matthew chapter 10 has the answer:

Matthew 10:24 The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord.

25 It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?

26 Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.

27 What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.

28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.

30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

31 Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.

32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

A person has the beginning of knowledge when they realize they are a Lost Sinner that deserves to go to Hell, and understands that only God has the power to Save them or to throw them into Hell.

This is what the Fear of the Lord is and why it is good.

What does it mean to deny Jesus before men? It is to deny that Jesus is the only way to Heaven. Denying Jesus is to REJECT HIM, it is to DENY HE IS GOD. Many Churches / Religions Deny that Jesus is God. They teach Jesus was just another prophet sent by God. Others say to get to Heaven you need Jesus plus: Church membership, Water Baptism, Repent of Sin, Forsake Sin, Turn From Your Sins, Keeping the Sabbath…

People who do not believe on Jesus only to Save them. They deny the Bible.

John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

John 6:47 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.”

Do you understand? Jesus is saying he is the only way to Heaven. You have to Believe on Him Only to be Saved: “He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” It cannot get any clearer than this verse. Jesus did not say “Being Saved is a process with many steps…” “You have to Repent of all of your Sins.” “You must Forsake and Turn from all of your Sins.” To be Saved.

Jesus said: “He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” This is immediate Salvation for just Believing on Jesus. Hath Everlasting Life means exactly that. You are Saved as soon as you Believe on Jesus. This is not an isolated teaching. The Bible says this over and over and over again.

John 3:36 “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.”

John 8:24 “I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.”

Belief in Jesus ONLY to Save you is what the Bible teaches.

Acts 4:12 “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

John 5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

23 That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

It could not be any more clear that Jesus is the only way to Heaven:

John 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Believeth in him… Believeth on him is not Condemned. These are Jesus own words. He does not add anything to Salvation. Believe in me only is what Jesus repeated countless times.

Believing on Jesus means you Believe he is the promised Messiah who died for the Sins of the World. To Believe the Gospel: Jesus Died, was Buried and Rose again to pay the penalty for all the Sins of the world.

It is important to note that Jesus proclaimed that he was the promised Messiah. The people knew to Believe in Jesus meant to Believe he is the Promised Messiah. So to Believe on Him was to Believe that Jesus came to Die for the Sins of the World.

John 3:36 “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.”

Again the fear of the Lord is what opens people’s eyes for their need for Salvation.

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

8 My son, hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother:

9 For they shall be an ornament of grace unto thy head, and chains about thy neck.

10 My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not.

11 If they say, Come with us, let us lay wait for blood, let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause:

12 Let us swallow them up alive as the grave; and whole, as those that go down into the pit:

13 We shall find all precious substance, we shall fill our houses with spoil:

14 Cast in thy lot among us; let us all have one purse:

15 My son, walk not thou in the way with them; refrain thy foot from their path:

16 For their feet run to evil, and make haste to shed blood.

17 Surely in vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird.

18 And they lay wait for their own blood; they lurk privily for their own lives.

19 So are the ways of every one that is greedy of gain; which taketh away the life of the owners thereof.

The second part is that Fools despise instruction. And they are: running after EVIL. They are GREEDY for Wealth. Not caring who they hurt to get it.

I encounter these people often in my life, in person and online. These are the “Christians” that make unbiblical statements who post unbiblical posts online / on social media. They attack me personally for pointing out that what they said or posted is not Biblical.

Usually they start with making Sarcastic comments. Than they get more aggressive and attack me personally: “You think you are better than me.” “You think you know everything.” “It is not Christian to go around correcting other Christians.” (Excuse me if you are posting things online, commenting online than people have the right to either agree or disagree with what you have said.)

It is important to understand that Sarcasm is not being witty. This is the definition of Sarcasm:

Sarcasm: “The use of irony to mock or convey contempt.” Here are some sarcasm examples:

That mustard stain really compliments your blonde hair.

Just great! (When someone runs into you)
Love this weather. (When the weather is actually horrible)

Oh, he’s the best. (Talking about someone who actually annoys you.)

Everyone has someone in their life—possibly a boss, colleague, friend or parent who loves sarcastic, passive aggressive, barbed modes of communication. The underlining truth is that Sarcastic people have hate, contempt for the person they are being Sarcastic to. This has no place in Christianity.

It is essential to understand that just because a person says they are Saved, are a Christian does not mean it is true. In truth many are:

John 8:44 “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”

This is why people who are supposed to be a Christian suddenly start swearing at you and attacking you with the worst language you have ever heard. Oh yes these people have Jekyll and Hide personalities. They can act the part but as soon as they are challenged for their False Christianity they change instantly into the most vile attack dogs.

Experiencing this is shocking especially when you have had a long time relationship with this person or group of people. Suddenly everything you thought you knew about them is false. They are not who they claimed to be. This is so common online because it is easier to hide who you are. It does not just happen online though. I have been face to face with extreme hostility from people who claimed to be my Brothers and Sisters in Christ for up to 30 or more years. Everything is good until you question them. They hate to be questioned on their false beliefs.

This False Christianity comes directly from Satan.

John 8:44 “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”

2nd Corinthians 11:12 But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we.

13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.

14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

Satan is a Liar who easily deceives people who are looking for an excuse to make themselves part of their own Salvation. These people actively attack the word of God while claiming to believe it.

Satan of old, has not changed his methods:

Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

2nd Corinthians 2:11 “Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.”

Satan is always lying in wait to prevent people from accepting the Simple Gospel of Salvation. He is a roaring Lion:

1st Peter 5:8 “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:”

If you have not please ask Jesus to Save you right now:

Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

Do not trust people just because they claim to be a Christian. Study the Bible and know what you believe so you can avoid Fake Christianity Fake Christians.
